DANCEGASM

This is not your average dance class - this is Dancegasm: a playful, sexy, judgment-free space to move, explore, and feel yourself. Expect a theme, juicy music, simple prompts, lots of movement and flow, and zero pressure to “look” any kind of way.

This is a guided, sensual, creativity-forward movement experience designed to help participants dance their way out of the thinking mind and into the feeling body. It isn’t about choreography or performance. The goal is presence, pleasure, flow, and circulation of Eros energy.

Format

1. Come Alone or With Someone! Come solo or bring a partner, a friend, a group of coworkers, your frenemies, or your entire polycule! You'll have opportunities to interact with others, which allows for practice with familiar partners and new acquaintances.
