Policies

We aim to create intentional, high-quality experiences. Because our events require advance planning and limited capacity, we maintain the following policies at the Sirenatrix (*Aquap, LLC):

Refund Requests
  • Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event start time.

  • Requests made within 7 days of the event are not guaranteed. 

  • All refunds, partial refunds, or credits are issued at our sole discretion.

  • Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

    • Full refund

    • Partial refund

    • Credit toward a future event

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person. Please do not use official event channels to resell your tickets; we will not honor these sales. Please reach out to us if you'd like to transfer your ticket; Approval is required.

Event Cancellation

If we cancel an event, you will be offered:

  • A full refund or

  • Credit toward a future event

No-Shows and Late Arrivals

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit. To ensure a seamless experience for the rest of our guests, if you arrive after the listed Doors Closing time, you may be turned away at the door without refund. If you are running late for reasons outside of your control, please reach out via email as soon as possible. 

Shipping Policy

Sirenatrix does not sell or ship physical goods.

  • All purchases are for event access, content, and experiences only.

  • Tickets and confirmations are delivered digitally via email or the ticketing platform at the time of purchase.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Name and contact information (email, phone)

  • Nickname or Scene Name

  • Pronouns

  • Ticket purchase details

  • Birthdate or Age Verification

  • Optional information you provide (e.g., forms, feedback, or reports)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process event registrations and payments

  • Communicate important event updates

  • Maintain safety and operational awareness

  • Improve our events and community experience

Safety & Reporting

If you submit a report or concern related to safety:

  • Information may be shared with relevant safety persons strictly on a need-to-know basis

  • We aim to handle all reports with care, discretion, and respect for all parties involved

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited data with:

  • Payment processors

  • Ticketing platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Plura)

  • Internal team members for operations and safety

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You may request:

  • Access to your data

  • Correction or deletion of your data

1. Community Standards & Conduct

Sirenatrix events are built on a foundation of:

  • Consent

  • Communication

  • Respect

  • Safety awareness

All attendees are expected to follow our community guidelines and safety culture.

2. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Attendees

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Deny entry to anyone.

  • Remove any attendee from an event

  • Ban individuals from future events

This may occur if we determine that someone:

  • Violates consent or safety norms

  • Disrupts the environment

  • Acts in a way that compromises the wellbeing of others or the space

Removal from an event does not guarantee a refund.

3. Restorative Approach

We prioritize a restorative, community-centered approach when addressing harm.

However:

  • Participation in restorative processes is not guaranteed

  • Outcomes are determined at our discretion

  • We reserve the right to take immediate action when necessary for safety

4. Assumption of Risk

By attending, you acknowledge that:

  • Events may involve physical, emotional, or social experiences that are INHERENTLY RISKY.

  • You are responsible for your own participation and boundaries

You agree to engage at your own discretion and risk.

5. Media & Documentation

Unless otherwise stated:

  • No unauthorized photography or recording is allowed

  • Any approved media use will follow event-specific guidelines

6. Ticketing & Entry
  • Entry is only valid with a confirmed ticket

  • Tickets may be non-transferable unless approved

  • We reserve the right to verify identity

7. Changes to Events

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify event details, schedule, or programming

  • Substitute facilitators or offerings if needed

8. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, online course, or attending, you acknowledge that you have:

  • Read

  • Understood

  • Agreed to these Terms & Conditions
